သင်္ကြန်အတက်နေ့ ဆိုတာ သင်္ကြန်ပွဲတော်ရဲ့ နောက်ဆုံးနေ့ ဖြစ်ပြီး သိကြားမင်းကြီး လူ့ပြည်ကနေ တာဝတိံသာနတ်ပြည်ကို ပြန်လည်တက်သွားတဲ့နေ့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် ဒီနေ့ဟာ သင်္ကြန်ပွဲတော်ကို နှုတ်ဆက်ရမယ့်နေ့ ဖြစ်သလို၊ မနက်ဖြန်မှာ ကျရောက်မယ့် မြန်မာနှစ်ဆန်းတစ်ရက်နေ့အတွက် အညစ်အကြေးတွေကို ဆေးကြောသန့်စင်ရမယ့် နေ့ထူးနေ့မြတ်လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Thingyan Atat Day marks the last day of the festival, the day when the Thagyamin (King of Celestials) returns from the human world to the celestial realm of Tavatimsa. This is not only the day we bid farewell to the festival but also an auspicious occasion to wash away the impurities of the past in preparation for the Myanmar New Year tomorrow.
On this Thingyan Atat Day, we pray that all misfortunes of the old year are cleansed and washed away by the cool Atar water. 😊💧
