💦 မင်္ဂလာရှိသော သင်္ကြန်အကြိုနေ့ ဖြစ်ပါစေ 💦
ယနေ့သည် မြန်မာတို့၏ တစ်နှစ်တာအစ၊ အတာသင်္ကြန်ပွဲတော် စတင်ရာ "သင်္ကြန်အကြိုနေ့" ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ရှေးရိုးရာ အယူအဆများအရ သိကြားမင်း လူ့ပြည်ဆင်းလာတဲ့အခါ မင်္ဂလာရှိရှိ ကြိုဆိုနိုင်ဖို့ အိမ်တိုင်းမှာ "အတာအိုး" သို့မဟုတ် "သင်္ကြန်အိုး" ကို ပြင်ဆင်ကြပါတယ်။ ထိုအိုးထဲမှာ မိမိတို့မွေးနေ့အလိုက် နံသင့်ပန်း (၇) မျိုး (ဥပမာ- အောင်သပြေ၊ အုန်းညွန့် စသည်) ကို ထည့်ပြီး အိမ်ရှေ့မှာ တင်ထားကာ ကြိုဆိုကြတဲ့ ဓလေ့ကနေ "အကြိုနေ့" ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
"သင်္ကြန်အကြိုနေ့" မှာ မိသားစုနှင့်အတူ ပျော်ရွှင်စရာ ကောင်းမှုကုသိုလ်များစွာ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ကြပါစေကြောင်း YA International School မှ ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါတယ်။
💦 Wishing you a Blessed Thingyan Akyo💦
Today marks the beginning of the Myanmar New Year and the start of the Water Festival, known as Thingyan Akyo Day.
According to traditional beliefs, each household prepares a "Thingyan Pot" (Atar Oh) to auspiciously welcome the Thagyamin (King of Celestials) upon his descent to the human world. This beautiful tradition of placing a pot filled with seven types of symbolic flowers and sprigs (such as Eugenia and Coconut leaves) representing the days of the week in front of homes is how "Akyo Day" (the day of welcoming) originated.
