Eight students from YA International School traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, to participate in the annual Model United Nations (MUN) conference held from March 20th to 22nd. ✈️🇹🇭

Hosted by Brighton College, this event is one of the largest MUN conferences in Asia, bringing together over 540 student delegates from 70 schools across the region. 🏫🤝

Over the course of three days, students from Asia and around the world engaged in constructive debates and collaborated to find solutions to some of the world’s most pressing global issues. 🗣️💡

We are incredibly proud of our YA students, who performed exceptionally well as representatives of Myanmar throughout the conference. A special congratulations goes to our Grade 11 student leader, Kaung Moe Yan, who was selected for the prestigious role of Head Chair for the UNICEF Committee. 🎖️👏

In line with the theme, "Empowering ourselves today to create a better world tomorrow," YA International School proudly commends all our student delegates for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements. 🌟🎊
